GlowPop values the expertise of their sales reps and retail staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences. To extend this experience online, they sought an AI-powered tool that generates bespoke skincare routines aligned with their brand voice—one that is fun, youthful, and professional.
Our role is to collaborate with GlowPop to create a dynamic form for their website, capturing key customer information (e.g., skin type, concerns) to feed into an AI that generates personalised skincare routines. The AI will ensure recommendations align with GlowPop’s brand identity and guidelines.
